ORGANIC INQUIRY

How do we know what we know? Are there "Women's Ways of Knowing?" What about quantitative measurement—does it have a place in women-centered research? Some of us are in academic settings, either as independent scholars, faculty, or graduate students. In addition to traditional research methods, we are interested in methods of inquiry that have been ignored, derided or suppressed such as divination, spiritual experiences, body knowledge, personal and community transformation, dreams, astrology, and alternative states of consciousness.
